The
domestic indices were mostly trading in red throughout the day. Coal India and
many other listed firms posted negative results. The shares of Coal India have
fallen being the top loser for the day. The
Nifty sectoral indices are also trading in red and are down by 0.50%, however,
Nifty Realty and IT are trading in green, providing some relief to a sluggish
day. Sentiments are in check as investors
focus on the outcome of the US Central Bank announcement that is scheduled to
occur later in the day. Any comments from the US Central Bank that they may
hike interest rates aggressively next year could lead to a sell-off in emerging
markets. Nifty was down 39 points and closed at 8,182. It opened at 8,229.35
points, hitting a high of 8,229.40 and low of 8,165.10. The India VIX (Volatility) index was up 4.2% at 16.5.
The BSE Midcap closed at 12241.1 and Smallcap indices closed at 12118.3, both
closing marginally close to 1%. Out of
1508 stocks traded on the NSE, 1048 declined and 391 advanced today.
Nifty open Flat on Wednesday and
shown Range Bound trend over
the full trading hour’s. Nifty closed below
the 8250 today. 8130 -8100 is the
support of nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Nifty
may be taste the level of 7900-7950. Above 8250 new level of nifty would be
8300-8350.

Bank nifty open flat today and showing consolidation movement, over
the full trading hour’s. Bank nifty closed below 18400. below 18200-18000 next
level would be 17800-17900. Bank nifty have major support of 17900-18000 on
daily time frame. INDUSIND BANK (-1.65%)
and ICICI BANK (-1.46%) is the top
losers of the day.
Bank nifty Open flat at 18490.05, to its previous closing 18490.70
on Wednesday and touched high of 18496.80. Today’s
bank nifty made a low of 18350.00. Below 18000 next level for bank nifty
would be 17700-17900. Bank nifty can be trade between the range of 18300-18800
.

The Indian rupee opened
flat at 67.54 per dollar on Wednesday versus previous close 67.54. cautious investors are expected to stay on
the sidelines ahead of the FOMC meeting outcome. The US dollar held steady
against a basket of major currencies on uncertainty over whether the Fed would
signal a slow or fast pace of interest rate increases at the end of a
closely-watched policy meeting.
