After
a volatile start, the Indian indices closed on a positive note. Nifty gained 51
points and closed at 8,221. Earlier in the day, the Asian Development Bank
slightly lowered its 2016 growth forecast for developing Asia, reflecting
slower-than-expected expansion in India. The new estimate for India has been
adjusted to 7.0% from 7.4% due to weak investment, agricultural slowdown and
the government's recent demonetization. The strong Chinese economic data provided the right
impetus to the Asian indices before the end of the day. On one of the key
parameters, Industrial output, China rose 6.2%, which was higher than earlier
projections. However, the positive burst was cut short by the anxiousness over
the outcome of the US Fed Monetary Policy, the meeting for which commences
today. The markets widely expect the US
central bank to raise interest rates by 25 basis points. Long positions were
built in the December futures of the Nifty 50, while open interest in the
contract rose 4.2% to 17.19 million. Apart from the US Central Bank
announcement, the data on CPI -based inflation for November, led to the
development of an uptrend. The India VIX index was down 1.66%. The BSE Midcap
and Smallcap indices closed at 12222.52, both closing marginally down.
Nifty open up on Tuesday and
shown Range Bound trend over
the full trading hour’s. Nifty closed below
the 8250 today. 8130 -8100 is the
support of nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Nifty
may be taste the level of 7900-7950. Above 8250 new level of nifty would be
8300-8350.

Bank nifty open flat today and showing consolidation movement, over
the full trading hour’s. Bank nifty closed above 18400. below 18200-18000 next
level would be 17800-17900. Bank nifty have major support of 17900-18000 on
daily time frame. AXIS BANK (+1.76%) and
YES BANK (+1.17%) is the top gainers of
the day.
Bank nifty Open flat at 18405.00, to its previous closing 18422.75
on Tuesday and touched high of 18514.60. Today’s
bank nifty made a low of 18320.00. Below 18000 next level for bank nifty
would be 17700-17900. Bank nifty can be trade between the range of 18300-18800
.

The
Indian rupee opened marginally lower at 67.47 per dollar on Tuesday versus
67.42 Friday. he crucial 2-day FOMC meeting starts today, with markets
expecting a 0.25 percent hike. The dollar index has come off from recent highs.
The US dollar fell against most major currencies on concerns that the Federal
Reserve could suggest in an upcoming policy statement that the greenback's
gains had gone too far, while a rally in oil prices boosted commodity-linked
currencies.
