Nifty gained 91 points and closed at 8,170. Both indices dropped by 1%. Automobile, bank and cement stocks were the worst hit segments. The key trigger was the GST, wherein the committee was unable to reach a consensus on the roll out. There is a possibility that the government might fail to meet its April 1, 2017 deadline. A weak IIP data, which was released last Friday, that the overall industrial output has reduced by 1.9% yoy in October. Another factor is the US Federal Reserve's Monetary Policy. The meeting is to be held on December 13-14. Industry is expecting that the US Fed will raise rates resulting in a hike of around 25 bps. The major Asian indices ended on a mixed note where expectations for Nikkei and other key indices closed on a weaker note. Following the OPEC and non-OPEC meeting, the outcome of the meet has resulted in increase of oil prices. The prices touched its peak after nearly two years. Chinese share indices fell nearly 5%. Furthermore, European indices were weighed down by the weakness in share markets in China and Hong Kong due to the new developments in China. The India VIX index was down 6.98% . The BSE Midcap closed at 12395.65 and Small cap indices closed at 12230.63, both losing close to 1%.
Nifty open down on Monday and shown Range Bound trend over the full trading hour’s. Nifty closed below the 8250 today. 8130 -8100 is the support of nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Nifty may be taste the level of 7900-7950. Above 8250 new level of nifty would be 8300-8350.

Bank nifty open Down today and showing consolidation movement, over the full trading hour’s. Bank nifty closed above 18400. below 18200-18000 next level would be 17800-17900. Bank nifty have major support of 17900-18000 on daily time frame. AXIS BANK (-2.48%) and INDUSIND BANK (-2.48%) is the top losers of the day.
Bank nifty Open down at 18649.70, to its previous closing 18722.65 on Monday and touched high of 18654.95. Today’s bank nifty made a low of 18422.75. Below 18000 next level for bank nifty would be 17700-17900. Bank nifty can be trade between the range of 18300-18800 .

The Indian rupee opened lower by 14 paise at 67.49 per dollar on Friday versus previous close 67.35. Dollar Index lost weight post the US jobless claims data. We expect the USD-INR pair to trade within a range of 67.20-67.50/dollar. The euro dropped over 1 percent overnight after the European Central Bank extended asset purchases until the end of next year and President Mario Draghi said cuts to the size of the program should not be viewed as tapering. The dollar index gained.
