The
Indian stock market see-sawed between the negative and positive zone throughout
the day and ended lower on Wednesday. The domestic market slid for a third
straight day as investors continued to assess the impact of the Prime
Minister's move to ban high denomination banknotes. Today’s decline was led by the consumer durables,
metal, pharma, oil and gas, realty and capital goods stocks, while IT, consumer
discretionary, auto and technology were among the gainers. Nifty closed with a gain of mere three points at
8,112. The NSE Nifty opened at 8,584 hitting a high of 8,622 and low of 8,544.
Investors will be keeping an eye on the
Parliament winter session which began today. The Centre has lined up three key
GST Bills for approval to roll out the new tax from April 1 next year even as
the demonetization move threatens to swamp the winter session of Parliament. The
India VIX (Volatility) index was down 3.18% at 19.5025. Out of 1,431 stocks
traded on the NSE, 809 declined and 574 advanced today. The BSE Midcap and
Smallcap indices ended up. The rupee was
trading down 10 paise at 67.84 per US dollar.
Nifty open gap up on Wednesday and
shown Range bound movement over
the full trading hour’s .nifty trade near the level of 8100 today .above the
level of 8550 bull trend will be seen in nifty future. Down side targets for
nifty would be 7900-8000. next support level of nifty would be 7970.

Bank nifty open gap up today and showing range bound movement over
the full market hour’s. Bank nifty on technical chart have support of 19000,
below that level next level for bank nifty would be 18400-18600. Above the
level of 19500 upside movement can be seen. KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (-2.41%) and
AXIS BANK (-1.38%) is the top losers of the day.
Bank nifty Open gap up at 19550.00,
to its previous closing 19359.45 on Wednesday and touched high of 19649.00. bank
nifty have support of 19000,if bank nifty not sustain at that level ,next level
of bank nifty would be 18700-18500.On the other hand above 19600 ,new level for
Bank nifty would be 20000-20500.

The Indian rupee
opened marginally higher at 67.68 per dollar on Wednesday versus previous
close 67.74. The rupee fell to a 4-month low on expectations that Trump's
policies may boost inflation in the US and lead to higher interest rates. It is
expected to take cues from the equity market and also take support from balance
of trade published yesterday which was favourable. The dollar held near an
11-month high against a basket of currencies as some stability returned to the
US bond market following a vicious sell-off, helped by unexpectedly strong data
on US October retail sales.
