The
Indian equity market rallied for the second straight session. Also, increased
buying by foreign funds and domestic financial institutions supported trading
sentiment. The outcome of the 2016 U.S presidential elections, which will be
held today, will have a bearing on global stocks. The frontrunner for the
Presidential election is Hillary Clinton from the Democratic Party who is
closely followed by Republican Party candidate, Donald Trump. Nifty closed with
a gain of 47 points at 8,543. Nifty opened at 8,540, hitting a high of 8,559
and low of 8,480. However, broader markets outperformed the benchmark indices,
BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices were up between 0.20%-0.30. The India VIX
(Volatility) index was up 1.59% at 16.7700. Out of 1,500 stocks traded on the
NSE, 835 declined and 609 advanced today. The rupee was trading marginally up
by nine paise at 66.65 per US dollar. Among other Asian markets,
Hong Kong's Hang Seng was up 0.47% and Japan's Nikkei closed lower, however,
Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.47%. European stocks were mixed
on Tuesday.
Nifty open gap up on Tuesday and
shown choppy movement over the full trading hour’s .nifty trade in the
range of 8400-8500. Nifty next support would be 8380-8350. Nifty break its most important level of
8500, below that level market will be remain negative. In nifty future above
the range of 8550-8630 ,trend will be change, toward positive trend.

Bank nifty open gap up today and
showing range bound movement over the full market hour’s. Bank nifty
on technical chart have support of 19000, below that level next level
for bank nifty would be 18400-18600. Above the level of 19500 upside movement
can be seen. ICICI BANK (+1.61%) and YES
BANK (+1.58%) is the top gainers of the day.
Bank nifty Open gap up at
19513.30, to its previous closing 19395.20 on Tuesday and touched high of
19619.95. bank nifty have support of 19000,if bank nifty not sustain at that
level ,next level of bank nifty would be 18700-18500.On the other hand above
19600 ,new level for Bank nifty would be 19800-20000.
The
Indian rupee has opened flat at 66.72 per dollar on Tuesday against previous
close 66.74. The countdown to the US Presidential Election results continues.
The FBI announcement helped risk assets with dollar index moving higher and equities
rallying across globe.The USD-INR pair continues to trade in the
66.50-67/dollar range with intervention keeping it in a very tight range. The
dollar jumped after Democratic party candidate Hillary Clinton gets
eleventh-hour election boost . The dollar strengthened for the first time in
seven days against its peers after FBI's decision to absolve Hilary Clinton
boosted demand for riskier assets.

Composite gained 0.46%, while the Nikkei 225 led the Hang Seng lower. They fell
1.46% and 0.11% respectively.
