NIFTY OUTLOOK
The
Indian equity market ended higher on Monday snapping a five day losing streak.
After gap up start, Nifty remained in a narrow range for most part of the
session; however, profit taking in final hour trimmed the intraday gains. The midcap closed 0.59% higher and smallcap soared
1.19%. Trading sentiments remained on
optimistic note with the report that Foreign Direct Investment in India
increased by 30% at $21.62 billion during the April-September period of the
current fiscal as against $16.63 billion in the same period last fiscal.
Nifty closed with a gain of 63 points at 8,497.
The NSE Nifty opened at 8,536 hitting a high of 8,535.85 and low of 8,481.
The India VIX (Volatility) index was down 2.01% at 14.5075. The BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices closed lower. The rupee was trading down five paise at 66.74 per US dollar.

Nifty open gap up on Monday and
shown choppy movement over the full trading hour’s .nifty trade in the
range of 8400-8500. Nifty next support would be 8380-8350. Nifty break its most important level of
8500, below that level market will be remain negative. In nifty future above
the range of 8550-8630 ,trend will be change, toward positive trend.

NIFTY BANK REPORT
NIFTY BANK OUTLOOK
Bank nifty open gap up today and
showing range bound movement over the full market hour’s. Bank nifty
on technical chart have support of 19000, below that level next level
for bank nifty would be 18400-18600. Above the level of 19500 upside movement
can be seen. BANK OF BARODA (+3.86%) and
SBI BANK (+4.06%) is the top gainers of the day.
Bank nifty Open gap up at
19400.00, to its previous closing 19131.95 on Monday and touched high of
19435.80. bank nifty have support of 19000,if bank nifty not sustain at that
level ,next level of bank nifty would be 18700-18500.On the other hand above
19600 ,new level for Bank nifty would be 19800-20000.

USDINR
The Indian rupee opened marginally lower by 4 paise at
66.74 per dollar on Monday versus 66.70 Friday. Weak US economic data and
dollar index will help rupee gain today. The rupee is likely to head towards
66.50/dollar levels and the trading range for the day is likely to be between
66.50-66.80/dollar. The US dollar slipped against the safe-haven Swiss Franc on
Friday on nervousness ahead of US presidential election, despite a solid US
jobs report that supported expectations for a Federal Reserve rate hike next
month.
