The Indian stocks market
rallied on Tuesday on account of buying of some blue-chip counters, which were
heavily over-sold in last few trading sessions and covering-up of pending short
positions by speculators ahead of the December futures and options expiry on
Thursday. FM Arun
Jaitley sought
to allay fears with his statement on the tax front. This is the second session
in which the market has entered green territory during the last 9 consecutive
trading days. Nifty closed
with a gain of 125 points at 8,033. Nifty opened at 7,915 hitting a high of
8,045 and low of 7,904. The buying was so
fierce that not a single sectoral index on the NSE ended with losses; metal,
FMCG, pharma, auto, IT, banking and realty stocks ended among the top gainers.
Even the mid-cap and the small-cap stocks participated in today’s rally.
The India VIX or volatility index fell more than 9%
to 15.08 as benchmark indices notched up near 1.5% gains each. The rupee was
trading down 21 paise at 67.94 per US dollar.
Nifty open Flat on Tuesday
and shown Bullish trend over the full trading hour’s. Nifty closed above the 8000 today. 8000 -7900 is the support of
nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Above 8150 new
level of nifty would be 8230-8350.

Bank nifty open flat today and showing Bullish movement, over the
full trading hour’s. Bank nifty closed below 18000 again . next support for
bank nifty would be in between the level of 17400-17600. It can be the reversal
point for bank nifty. YES BANK (+2.41%) and ICICI BANK (+2.18%) is the top
gainers of the day.
Bank nifty Open flat at 17694.00,
to its previous closing 17673.20 on Tuesday and touched high of 17915.00. Today’s
bank nifty made a low of 17631.40. 17400-17600 is the next support of the bank
nifty. As we expect that bank nifty
should take support at that level. and next level of bank nifty would be
17800-18000.

The Indian rupee
slipped in the early trade on Tuesday. It has opened lower by 10 paise at
67.84 per dollar versus 67.74 Monday. The year-end markets are very low on
liquidity and continue to trade in a tight range with the dollar index hovering
around 103 levels. The rupee continues to trade in a very narrow range despite
of continued portfolio outflows. Expect the rupee to continue trading in
67.50-68/dollar range with a depreciating bias. The dollar index held steady around
the 103 mark, also Iranian rial hits record low against US dollar in a sign of
concern about the country's ability to attract foreign money after US
president-elect Donald Trump takes office.
