The Indian equity market fell to the lowest level in a month due to sustained selling across the board, the market, which opened lower this morning, reacting to PM Narendra Modi's hinted tax hike on stock market income. The Indian Market  expected to remain volatile ahead of the expiry of December series F&O contracts, as investors roll over their positions to the January series. The near month contracts will expire on the coming December 29. Sensex ended with a loss of 234 points at 25,807, While Nifty closed with a loss of 77.50 points at 7,908. Nifty fell about 1% on Monday to a seven-month low weighed by metal, realty, pharma, banking and auto stocks. The BSE Midcap and Smallcap closed down by 2% each. Heavy selling pressure was witnessed in pharma, finance, oil & gas, IT, metal, telecom, teck, consumer durables, auto and capital goods stocks. The India VIX, jumped 12% to 16.9050 points after Narendra Modi's comments on stock market's contribution to the government on Friday spooked traders. Finally it settled at 14.2350 up by 9.75%. The Rupee was trading up four paise at 67.78 per US dollar.

Nifty open down  on Monday  and  shown Bearish  trend   over the full trading hour’s.  Nifty closed below the  8000 today. 8000 -7900 is the support of nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Nifty may be taste the level of 7900-7850. Above 8150 new level of nifty would be 8230-8350.

Bank nifty open Gap down  today and showing Bearish movement, over the full trading hour’s. Bank nifty closed below 18000 again . bank nifty break its support level and support for bank nifty would be in between the level of 17400-17600.  BANK OF BARODA  (-3.69%) and YES BANK (-2.06%) is the top losers of the day.

Bank nifty Open gap down  at 17825.25, to its previous closing 17907.35 on Monday and touched high of 17849.80.  Today’s  bank nifty made a low of 17617. 17400-17600 is the next support of the bank nifty.  As we expect that bank nifty should take support at that level. and next level of bank nifty would be 17800-18000.

The Indian Rupee depreciated marginally by 0.0 3 percent  in the  last week owing to the persistent buying of the American  currency buy importers and banks amid higher US Dollar in the  overseas market. The prospect of three more rate hikes in the US  prompted the traders to park their funds in dollar denominated  assets which affected India’s foreign inflows in turn.
