NIFTY OUTLOOK

The Indian stock market closed lower by 1.5% after a two-day holiday, as Federal Reserve minutes boosted the case for higher U.S. interest rates. The Sensex hit its lowest level in more than 13 weeks. The Nifty hit its lowest level in 9 weeks. Sentiments dampened mainly in reaction to the latest US Fed meeting minutes, suggesting a rate hike in December and further worsened with decline in Asian counterparts, after China reported noticeable contraction in export figures.  Nifty closed with a loss of 135 points at 8,573. It opened at 8,672, hit an intra-day high of 8,682 and low of 8,541.  Heavy selling was witnessed in realty, banking, telecom, metal, finance, auto, consumer durables and pharma stocks. Only IT index closed up. The India VIX (Volatility) index was down 7.98% at 15.4250. The BSE Midcap and Smallcap indices closed in the red. The rupee was trading down 38 paise at 66.91 per US dollar.

Nifty open gap down on Thursday  and  shown range bound movement over the full trading hour’s .nifty break its level of 8700. Nifty next support would be 8500-8570.Traders can go short on a break below 8600. Range bound movement may be seen in Nifty ,if its maintain the level of 8800 so, up sided movement would be up to 9050-9150.

NIFTY BANK FUTURE

NIFTY BANK OUTLOOK

Bank nifty open gap down today and showing choppy movement over the full market hour’s.  bank nifty bullish trend would be seen above the level of 20000. If its sustain above 20000 so, next high level may be expected. Before that every high level  may be a opportunity for sell. next support of bank nifty  is 18700-18500. BANK OF BARODA (-4.75%) and ICICI BANK  (-3.58%) is the top losers  of the day.

Bank nifty Open gap down at 19386.00, to its previous closing 19464.50 on Tuesday and touched high of 19399.60. bank nifty break its support of 19000,if bank nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be 18700-18500.On the other hand above 19800 ,new level for Bank nifty would be 20000-20250.

USDINR

The Indian rupee slipped in the early trade on Thursday. It has opened lower by 30 paise at 66.83 per dollar versus 66.53 Monday. FOMC minutes while justifying the decision to hold rates has hinted that strengthening US economy warrants a Fed rate hike soon. Dollar Index is now at a seven month high. The US dollar held near a seven-month high against a basket of major rivals after Federal Reserve meeting minutes reinforced expectations that the Central Bank would hike rates in December.
