Sensex closed 30.49 points, or 0.11 %, up at 27,673.60,
while the Nifty index settled 10.05 points, or 0.12%, up at
8,583.40. Market sentiments improved after India’s Wholesale Price Index
(WPI) in the month of September 2016 has softened to 3.57 percent compared to
3.74 % in the previous month. Also, the consumer prices index (CPI), eased in
the month of September at 4.31% as compared to 5.05 % in August, mainly on
account of a sharp fall in food prices especially those of vegetables. This
is the first time in this financial year that the overall CPI inflation has
fallen below the Reserve Bank of India’s inflation target of 5% by March 2017. Meanwhile, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that the absence of reforms
in infrastructure and power sectors by the previous government created huge
non-performing assets (NPAs) in these core segments. If Nifty holds 8500
for next couple of days then we would see a sharp positive rally.
Nifty open Flat on Friday and
shown range bound movement over the full trading hour’s .nifty trade
above its psychological level of 8500. Nifty next support
would be 8480-8450.Traders can go
short on a break below 8500. Range bound
movement may be seen in Nifty ,if its maintain the level of 8700 so, up sided movement would be
up to 9050-9150.

Bank nifty open flat today and
showing choppy movement over the full market hour’s. bank nifty bullish trend would be seen above
the level of 20000. If its sustain above 20000 so, next high level may be
expected. Before that every high level
may be a opportunity for sell. next support of bank nifty is 18700-18500. KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (+1.22%)
and SBI BANK (+0.98%) is the top gainers
of the day.
Bank nifty Open flat at 19060.05, to its previous closing 19017.40
on Friday and touched high of 19113.35. bank nifty break its support of 19000,if
bank nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be
18700-18500.On the other hand above 19800 ,new level for Bank nifty would be
20000-20250.
USDINR:-
The Indian rupee has bounced back on Friday. It has opened
at 66.84 a dollar, higher by 9 paise compared with 66.93 a dollar in previous
session. The release of FOMC minutes indicating chances of a rate hike in
December coupled with weak Chinese data resulted in a risk-off sentiment across
markets. The Dollar gained across the board with the Dollar index moving to 98
levels and the USD/INR currency pair was no exception with the pair closing
near 67 a dollar figure (on Thursday).
