Sensex surged over 500 points on Tuesday and Nifty reclaimed 8,650-mark on
account of buying in front line blue chip counters amid firm Asian cues. Apart
from blue chips, broader indices too participated in the rally with both midcap
and small cap indices surged over a per cent each. Market sentiment remained
upbeat since the early trade with a private report stating that India’s
current account deficit is likely to stay below 1 % of GDP this year, largely
due to a sharp fall in the trade deficit as against last year. On the global front, Asian markets ended in
green as oil prices inched higher and after mixed US economic data helped ease
worries about a possible rate hike by the Federal Reserve in November.
Financials and commodity-related stocks paced the gainers, even as underlying
sentiment remained somewhat cautious ahead of a slew of Chinese data due on
Wednesday and the European Central Bank meeting on Thursday.
Nifty open gap up on Tuesday and
shown bullish movement over the
full trading hour’s .nifty trade above the level of 8630. Nifty next support would be 8480-8450.Traders
can go short on a break below 8500. Range bound movement may be seen in Nifty ,if its maintain the
level of 8700 so, up sided movement would be up to 9050-9150.

Bank nifty open gap up today and
showing bullish movement over the full market hour’s. Bank nifty
on technical chart have support of 19000, below that level next level
for bank nifty would be 18400-18600. Above the level of 19500 upside movement
can be seen. ICICI BANK (+4.48%) and YES
BANK (+3.24%) is the top gainers of the day.
Bank nifty Open up at 19238.70, to its previous closing 19087.75 on
Tuesday and touched high of 19552.45. bank nifty have support of 19000,if bank
nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be 18700-18500.On
the other hand above 19800 ,new level for Bank nifty would be 20000-20250.
USDINR
The Indian rupee
gained in the early trade on Tuesday. It has opened higher by 10 paise at
66.79 per dollar versus previous close 66.89. The USD retreated from the
recent highs it hit against most of its peers, with some hawkish comments form
Fed speakers increasing the probability of a December rate hike. The US dollar
retreated from seven-month highs as some investors took profits from the recent
dollar rally and on speculation that the Federal Reserve will maintain a
go-slow pace of raising interest rates even if the central bank tightens policy
later this year.

leading the region. The Hang Seng is up 1.55% while China's Shanghai Composite
is up 1.40% and Japan's Nikkei 225 is up 0.38%.
