Nifty closed with a loss of 18 points at 8,691. The Indian equity market
has opened in red with focus in Tata Group stocks. The domestic market is
trading in a negative zone. The Sensex and Nifty dragged down by the stocks of
Tata Group companies after Cyrus Mistry was ousted as chairman of
salt-to-software conglomerate Tata Sons, in a move that caught markets by
surprise. The BSE Mid-cap Index is trading down 0.35% at 13,538 whereas
BSE Small-cap Index is trading UP 0.03% at 13,506. Some buying
activity is seen in pharma, banking, capital goods and industrial and energy
sectors, while oil & gas, telecom, metal and utilities are showing weakness
on BSE. The INDIA VIX is up 1.62% at
14.5650. Out of 1,885 stocks traded on the NSE, 904 declined, 689 advanced and
292 remained unchanged today. Tata Group stocks are trading in a negative zone after
Ratan Tata took back control of the Tata Group after Cyrus Mistry was abruptly
removed as chairman of the $100 billion coffee-to-steel business empire. Tata
Steel fell 2.5%, TCS slipped 1% while Tata Metaliks tumbled 3%.
Nifty open Flat on Tuesday and
shown choppy movement over the
full trading hour’s .nifty trade above the level of 8630. Nifty next support would be 8480-8450.Traders
can go short on a break below 8500. Range bound movement may be seen in Nifty ,if its maintain the
level of 8700 so, up sided movement would be up to 9050-9150.
BANK NIFTY FUTURE
NIFTY BANK OUTLOOK
Bank nifty open flat today and
showing range bound movement over the full market hour’s. Bank nifty
on technical chart have support of 19000, below that level next level
for bank nifty would be 18400-18600. Above the level of 19500 upside movement
can be seen. ICICI BANK (+1.65%) and AXIS BANK
(+1.45%) is the top gainers of
the day.
Bank nifty Open Flat at 19880.00, to its previous closing 19820.70
on Tuesday and touched high of 19905.25. bank nifty have support of 19000,if
bank nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be
18700-18500.On the other hand above 19800 ,new level for Bank nifty would be
20000-20250.

USDINR
The Indian rupee opened lower by 8 paise at 66.93 per
dollar on Tuesday versus previous close 66.85. The dollar index touched
9-month high of 98.85, with dollar continuing to rise against basket of major
currencies on expectations of Fed hiking rates in December, with probability of
December hike rising to almost 80 percent. The USD-INR pair continues to trade
weak close to 67/dollar levels. The US dollar hovered near a roughly nine-month
high against a basket of major currencies and touched a one-week high against
the yen on growing expectations of a Federal Reserve interest rate increase in
December.
