Nifty closed at 8555.55 levels, down by 77.2 points or
0.89%. Sensex closed at 27655.96 level, down by 193.60 points or 0.70%. Markets were trading in negative
territory throughout the day. Broader markets were also showing weakness. BSE
Mid-cap index closed at 12849.65 level, down by 1.16%; while BSE Small-cap
index closed at 12924.92 level, down by 1.11%. There were 384 advances, 1243 declines on NSE, reflective of a strong
negative bias floating in the market. All the sectors except FMCG were trading
in red on Tuesday. Heavyweight stock of FMCG index, ITC, contributed most to
the index gains. India VIX index closed
in green at 16.72, up by 0.29%. There is a lot of volatility in the market
ahead of Budget 2017. IT stocks dragged
markets in today's session in the wake of the H-1B Bill being tabled in the US
house of representatives, which proposed minimum wages to be hiked to $ 130000
from $ 60000 currently. This news did not
go down well for the IT stocks, as TCS, Infosys and Wipro along with other IT
companies who send their employees on offshore location in US for work purpose,
closed down by more than 1.15%. TCS being affected the most, closed down by
more than 4%.
Today, Nifty open down at 8639.80 to its
previous closing at 8655.35 .Nifty will continue its Bullish movement ahead. On daily chart, nifty can
touch the level of 8750-8900.Whereas, if nifty unable to sustain above 8400 then
further selling pressure can be seen. Next support for nifty is lying at 7350. Nifty
can be range bound between 8450-8630.

Bank nifty open down today and followed the choppy movement over the full
trading hour’s Its closed at the
19588.45, above 19600 level new level for bank nifty would be 19800-20000 come
soon. BANK OF BARODA and SBI BANK is the losers of the day (-1.55%) and (-1.36%) Respectively.
Bank
nifty open down at 19599.40 to its previous closing at 19650.55 on Tuesday.
Major support of bank nifty seen at 19400-19500. on daily time frame. Its
closed at 19588.45 on Tuesday session. Bank nifty may be touch the new high at
the level of 19800-20000 soon. Above 19800 bullish trend might be follow by
bank nifty, trader can keep eye on its
support & consolidation phase between the 19400-19600. Below that support
short position might be seen.

The
Indian rupee rose in the early trade on Tuesday. It has opened higher by 11
paise at 67.84 per dollar versus previous close 67.95. The USD-INR pair is
expected to trade in a range of 67.80-68.10/dollar for the day. The 10-year
benchmark bond yield is expected to trade in a range of 6.40-6.45 percent today. The dollar slipped a percent
against the yen overnight on trump policy concerns.
