At the
end of trading hours, the only positive is that the indices have closed in
green. Sensex opened on a high note and more or less was stagnant in terms of
variations throughout the day. Similarly, Nifty too stayed flat throughout the
day.
Nifty
gained 14 points and closed at 8,143.15. It opened at 8,153.15 points, hitting
a high of 8,178.70 and low of 8,130.85.
The India VIX (Volatility) index was down 1.05% at 17.1050. The BSE Midcap closed at 12344.34 and Smallcap indices closed at 12164.11, both indices ending marginally up. Out of 1882 stocks traded on the NSE, 698 declined and 904 advanced today. The rupee was trading at 67.92 per US dollar. Gold was trading at Rs 27,935 per 10 gms and silver was trading at Rs 41,240 per kg. On the global front, most Asian indices closed in green and marginally up. In Europe, the FTSE 100 was down 0.08%. CAC 40 and DAX was up 0.29% and 0.06% respectively while, the US Nasdaq was also up 1%.

Nifty open Flat on Tuesday and
shown Range Bound trend over
the full trading hour’s. Nifty closed below
the 8200 today. 8130 -8100 is the
support of nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Nifty
may be taste the level of 7900-7950. Above 8200 new level of nifty would be
8300-8350.

Bank nifty open Flat today and
showing consolidation movement, over the full trading hour’s. Bank nifty on technical chart trade below the level of 19000,
below that level next level for bank nifty would be 18200-18000. Above the
level of 19300 upside movement can be seen. SBI BANK (+0.86%) and YES BANK (+0.81%) is the top gainers of the day.
Bank nifty Open Flat at 18516.75, to its previous closing 18470.30
on Tuesday and touched high of 18416.25. bank nifty trade below the level of 19000, and made a low of 18475.20. if bank
nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be 18000-18200.On
the other hand above 19300 ,new level for Bank nifty would be 19600-19800.

The Indian rupee gained
in the early trade on Tuesday. It has opened higher by 7 paise at
68.14 per dollar versus previous close 68.21. The USD-INR pair, tracking
the overall dollar weakness, has moved closer to the 68/dollar level. We expect
the pair to trade in the 67.80-68.50/dollar range ahead of the RBI policy
decision and the all important FOMC meeting next week. The euro had its best
day against the dollar since early June yesterday as investors swiftly moved
past the initial shock of a "no" vote in the Italian constitutional
referendum. The dollar index holds
around 100 mark.
