The Reserve Bank of India has decided to revise ceiling for issue of securities under Market Stabilization Scheme (MSS) to Rs 6 lakh crore from Rs 30,000 crore earlier. On the global front, European markets made a negative start on Friday as political uncertainty in Italy and France intensified. Sunday's referendum in Italy continues to worry investors as it could spark fresh elections and complicate the recapitalization process of Italian banks. Investors also remained cautious ahead of the US jobs report due tonight. Nifty closed 106.10 points lower at 8,086.80. It opened at 8,153.55 points, hitting a high of 8,159.30 and low of 8,070.05. The India VIX index was up 7.46% at 17.9325. The BSE Mid-cap closed at 12199.18 and Small-cap indices closed at 12083.20, both indices ending 1% lower. The rupee was trading at 68.23 per US dollar. On the global front, most Asian indices closed in red and marginally down. In Europe, the FTSE 100 was down 0.99%. CAC 40 and DAX was down 1.33% and 0.93% respectively, where all indices were trading in red while, the US Nasdaq was down 1.38%.
Nifty open Down on Friday and
shown Range Bound trend over
the full trading hour’s. Nifty closed below
the 8200 today. 8130 -8100 is the
support of nifty if its break that level down side pressure will be seen. Nifty
may be taste the level of 7900-7950. Above 8200 new level of nifty would be
8300-8350.

Bank nifty open down today and
showing consolidation movement, over the full trading hour’s. Bank nifty on technical chart trade below the level of 19000,
below that level next level for bank nifty would be 18200-18000. Above the
level of 19300 upside movement can be seen. KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (-2.87%) and INDUSIND
BANK (-2.24%) is the top losers of the
day.
Bank nifty Open down at 18378.00, to its previous closing 18484.65
on Friday and touched high of 18560.00. bank nifty trade below the level of 19000, and made a low of 18331.25. if bank
nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be 18000-18200.On
the other hand above 19300 ,new level for Bank nifty would be 19600-19800.

The Indian rupee opened
marginally higher at 68.28 per dollar on Friday versus previous close
68.34. Uncertainty due to demonetization and issues related to FCNR outflow is
almost over. The effect of CRR increase is also discounted. Indian foreign
exchange market is now more or less stabilized after USD-INR pair touched a
lifetime high of 68.86/dollar earlier. The pair is now expected to consolidate
within the 68.20-68.50/dollar range.
