The key benchmark swung
between gains and losses but finally closed higher today. After opening on a
flat note indices remained under pressure and slipped lower in the first half.
Nifty closed with a gain of 20 points at 8,611. It opened at 8,582, hitting a
high of 8,637 and low of 8,555.Sentiments got some support on IMF Managing
Director Christine Lagarde stating that India is embarking on significant
reforms and will grow at more than 7%. The small-cap
and mid-cap stocks rebounded even as the main indices extended losses after
falling the most in 3-months following the nation’s attack on terrorists in
Pakistan. In the broader market, the BSE Smallcap index gained over 1.9% while
the BSE Midcap index was up 2%. Market
participants are anxiously awaiting the Monetary Policy Review on October 4,
the first to be held under the newly appointed RBI Governor Urjit Patel and the
first to be decided by a six-member panel. The India VIX index was down 6.88%
at 17.1800.
Nifty open Flat on Friday
and shown Range bound movement
After heavy selling on Thursday. Nifty next support
would be 8500-8570.Traders can go
short on a break below 8600. Range bound
movement may be seen in Nifty ,if its maintain the level of 8800 so, up sided movement would be
up to 9050-9150.

Bank nifty open Flat today and showing consolidation
movement till Afternoon. At closing time of the market hour’s its shown bullish
trend after panic dawn fall seen in bank nifty Due to Indian Army confirmed that it undertook surgical strikes across the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir at terror launchpads sending
across a very strong message to Pakistan on Wednesday night. BANK OF BARODA (+3.40%) and YES BANK
(1.94%) is the top gainers of the day.
Bank nifty opened up at 19271.75, to its previous closing 19331.55
on Friday and touched high of 19447.00. 19000 is the next support for nifty ,if
bank nifty not sustain at that level ,next level of bank nifty would be
18700-18500.every hike in bank nifty is the opportunity to short position.
USDINR
The Indian rupee remained unchanged in opening at 66.85 per
dollar on Friday against previous close of 66.85. News about India's overnight
raid on terror camps at the Line of Control jarred all markets in India. the
USD-INR pair is likely to trade in a range of 66.60- 66.90/dollar depending on
further news. The US dollar snapped its longest slide since August as gross
domestic product and jobless claims data bolstered speculation the Federal
Reserve is set raise interest rates by year-end.

Composite gained 0.21%, while the Hang Seng led the Nikkei 225 lower. They fell
1.86% and 1.46% respectively.
